There's No Place

Home again. Here's the basket o'kitty goodness that Kind Neighbor left the childruns when she realized she forgot to come scoop their litter box when I was gone. She's a silly dear and I feel bad that she feels bad. Ah well. No harm, no foul.
I think Nuhdz is happier, he isn't roaming the hallways yowling all night anymore. Didn't hear a peep out of him last night. Whew! I felt bad for the poor boy. Can't wait to see him when his Poppy comes home, he'll be beside himself. Come to think of it, me too!

Leaving on a Jet Plane

So, I'm winging to the Land of Cow Shit and Beer Farts this morning. Cannot wait to see the family!
Jonesing for my hunny whom I hope will enjoy some tasty vino in the Land Down Undah today. Take care, Baby, stay healthy, safe and sane with all the upcoming work ahead of you. You can do it!
The kidlings have already assumed the position. I hate to leave them for a few days, but it's just a few days. Told them I have to go see my Mommy for a little while. They'll be fine. Oy, can't imagine how I'd feel if they were human beasties, hehe.

My Boys

Poor Nuhdz, he's so gonna miss his Daddy while he's in Oz. So will the others, but none as much as me. Friggin work.

The Summer of the Pool

This has been The Summer of the Pool. We love our pool, have pretty much always loved it, but for some reason this summer we really loved it. A lot. Could it be the cocktails we've indulged in poolside? I dunno, but I know my hunny is Bartender Extraordinaire and I sure enjoyed his Bloody Mary's (spicy hot mamas with tons o'salad and the family's vintage highball glasses) and Appletinis (especially with slices of Granny Smith a'floating.) Yum.

Playing Nice (Maybe?)

Hmm, the girls sitting within 1-2 feet of each other and no evidence of hissing or spitting. Hmm. What is missing in this picture? Oh, could it be we're standing next to the 'snack drawer' and they're expecting some nom noms or catnip mice to play with? Could be. I do love that expectant look on their little kitteh faces.
